By booking or participating in any service offered by Spiritually Omni, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All services—including Conscious Exploration, Spiritual Guidance, and Altered States Integration—are offered for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes.

They are not a substitute for licensed therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Spiritually Omni does not offer professional mental health or medical services and does not claim to diagnose or treat any condition.

All sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session time may result in loss of the session fee. Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

While our work is rooted in experience, research, and care, we do not guarantee specific results. The effectiveness of each session depends on your personal engagement and integration. You acknowledge that any insights or actions taken are your own responsibility.

Any written materials, journal prompts, audio recordings, or supplementary content provided through Spiritually Omni are intended for individual use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission. All such content is the intellectual property of Spiritually Omni and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

These terms are subject to change at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the most current version. All services are provided under the jurisdiction of the state of Texas and governed by Texas law.
